Unusual vehicle

These little guys are common here. The name of them is the Italian word for ‘bee.’ They sound like a buzzing bee or a motorcycle and they go as fast as they can and it’s quite entertaining. In Italy, you have to be 18 to get your driver's license. However, you can drive one of these vehicles on the road at the age of 12, so many young ones have them. What do you think?
